Rethink ~ Transform ~ Achieve

Join us on 20 November at the CHU SCA (WA) 2020 Convention as we come together to transform the future of strata.

This year has posed great challenges to the strata community with the introduction of the new strata reforms and outbreak of COVID-19. People have been forced to innovate and transform fast as they respond to sweeping changes.

Transform CHU SCA (WA) Convention 2020 is intended to provide insights on how to use technology, sustainability, and creativity to transform your thinking and embrace change.  Convention speakers will share their thoughts and ideas on how they have become more agile and effective by transforming what they do in the changing strata landscape.

You’ll get the opportunity to ask strata questions to an expert panel and be inspired by our Keynote speaker Rabia Siddique, Human rights lawyer.

The CHU SCA (WA) 2020 Convention will be held at Crown Perth on Friday, 20 November 2020. The event will offer highly valued opportunities for attendees to network and learn, and for sponsors to showcase the latest and most innovative products and services in the world of strata. The Convention will include a full program of expert speakers from a range of industries, lightning talks, a trade show exhibition with multiple opportunities for networking, interaction and education.

The event will take place in two large ballrooms for the different streams with carefully curated programs for industry professionals and lot owners.

STREAM 1: Strata Professionals - 4 CPD Points

This stream has been programmed for Principals of Strata Management firms of large size companies to sole traders, beginners to senior Strata Managers plus operations/support roles, and service suppliers to the industry.

STREAM 2: Strata Lot Owners

This stream has been programmed for owners of a Strata Title property who are involved as owner-residents, investors, and volunteer Council members.

Keynote Speaker - Rabia Siddique

We are delighted to announce that our keynote speaker this year is Rabia Siddique. International speaker, humanitarian, best-selling author, and hostage survivor Rabia Siddique is known for making every day count.

The retired British Army officer, criminal and human rights lawyer and former terrorism and war crimes prosecutor is also a sought-after transformational coach and mentor.

A common thread in all her roles is a desire to make the world a better place, to give voice to the voiceless and to lift up those around her so that they may be the best version of themselves. Taking inspiration from Mahatma Gandhi, Rabia lives by the words ‘be the change you wish to see’ in the world.
