While we do not offer an advisory service we do provide education, accreditation, advice, and advocacy to enable greater understanding of the legislative environment and individuals’ rights and obligations.
SCA (WA) provides a subscription for owners within the strata sector in Western Australia. This is a FREE subscription to receive newsletters, information, invitations to education events and fact sheets specifically for strata owners.
In a largely unregulated sector, SCA offers Strata Professionals a self-regulation model that aims to raise professional standards across the industry.
