Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Strata Community Association WA Incorporated (SCA (WA)) will be held: 

 

DATE:            Monday, 16 August 2021

TIME:             4.00pm to 5.00pm (Registrations from 3.30pm)

VENUE:         Firehouse Bar and Restaurant
                      249-263 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, WA 6104

 

This notice, dated 26 July 2021, is given pursuant to Rule 13 of the Constitution on the instructions and authority of the Council.

 

In accordance with Rule 14 of the Constitution, no business may be transacted at any General Meeting unless a quorum of members is present, either personally or by proxy, when the meeting proceeds to business. If a quorum is not present within 30 minutes after the time appointed for the meeting, the meeting will stand adjourned until the same day and time of the next week or as otherwise determined by the Chairman.

 

Submitting your Proxy Form

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please ensure you complete a proxy form and submit it to the Secretary prior to commencement of the meeting to assist in achieving a quorum. Proxy forms can also be submitted via the SCA (WA) office via email on admin.wa@strata.community by close of business Thursday, 12 August 2021.
