Matthew Bird
SCA (WA) Treasurer
Matthew (ASCM) is the Managing Director of Dominion Strata Management, with extensive experience within the property industry spanning over 16 years, including asset management of numerous medical and office facilities, and development management of many successful property developments. Matt is passionate about the furtherance and evolution of the strata community sector, and is of the opinion that ongoing education and training, to both owners and strata managers, is key to the successful future of the industry.
To improve the governance of SCA (WA), all Board members have for disclosure of conflict of interest completed a Register of Interests. Also, to reinforce what is implicit in being a Board Member they have signed a Duties & Responsibilities of Board Members. Further, Board has adopted a Code of Professional Conduct for Council Members, similarly to the way SCA (WA) has standards for members.
