Strata professional individuals can become SCA (WA) accredited as their education and experience develops. All SCA (WA) accredited strata managers must meet strict requirements to hold their accreditation which demonstrates their commitment to raising professional standards.

By July 2026 all SCA (WA) members must demonstrate their commitment to achieving SMPS Certification to continue their membership with the association.
