The CHU SCA (WA) 2024 Owner Convention is a unique event that provides an opportunity for individuals who live and own in strata to come together and learn about a range of issues that impact strata living. This year the event will be held at the The University Club of Western Australia on Saturday 8 June 2024.
Strata Next Gen convention theme is designed to help delegates navigate the rapidly changing landscape of business, technology, and society, and to better prepare for their potential impact on strata management.
Featuring a full program of expert speakers including keynote, a trade show exhibition, and extensive opportunities for networking, this convention will leave attendees inspired to make individual changes that can make a world of difference.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 25 May 2024 are fully refundable. Cancellations received after 25 May 2024 are not-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome. Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for 100% of the registration fee. Please email events.wa@strata.community to cancel your registration.
