  • A100 Introduction to Strata: Our foundation education course tailored for those entering the sector, designed to develop essential knowledge and practical skills. 

  • New Certificate IV in Strata Community Management: Launching through an SCA Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in August 2025. Developed by strata managers for strata managers, ensuring sector relevance and practical expertise. This qualification will meet the minimum education requirements expected to be outlined in the updated Strata Titles General Regulations (STGR) later this year. 

  • Access to a sector-specific Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program offering over 30 events per year, segmented by career pathway and experience. 

  • Online training available through the national SCA eLearning Platform, supporting flexible and ongoing professional learning.
