Before beginning your submission, it is recommended you read the Strata Community Excellence Awards 2025 Nominations Kit.

This document outlines entry requirements, award processes, assessment criteria and weighting, eligibility criteria as well as award terms and conditions. It will assist you in preparing your submission and help ensure you are fully aware of the requirements of each category.

All nominations must be submitted via the electronic Awards Force Platform before 10:00am, 15 September 2025.

Awards Gala
The annual CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards Gala is a highlight on the SCA (WA) events calendar and is a night to celebrate the achievements of individuals and businesses who serve the strata sector.
​
Winners will be announced at the CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards Gala on 21 November 2025 at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle.
​
SCA (WA) winners will progress to the 2025-2026 SCA Australasia Awards as a Category Finalist subject to meeting the SCA Australasia award entry T&Cs.
