Kerrin Simmonds - Regional Manager

Recently joining the team at SCA (WA), as Regional Manager, is Kerrin Simmonds, a skilled generalist who enjoys developing, planning and implementing integrated strategies and projects and has over 15 years’ experience in membership associations, having worked with members in finance, legal and, most recently as the General Manager of the WA Division of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Passionate about working with members to build a community and engagement through events and communication, Kerrin is looking forward to meeting and working with members, the board and the team to further growth the Strata Community Association of Western Australia. Kerrin holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is close to completion of her MBA, with a specialisation in Project Management.
Jack Leighton-Jones - Events Coordinator
Shaan Griffen - Member Services Coordinator
Shaan joined SCA (WA) in September 2020, after taking a break from her career to be a full time mum. Shaan graduated with a BA from Curtin University. Shaan has 10 years’ experience in Perth’s leading Member’s Club, The University Club of Western Australia. In her previous role as Membership and Reception Coordinator she managed a database of over 5000 Members whilst leading a small reception team. Shaan brings a wealth of experience as Membership Coordinator, Customer Service Officer and Corporate Receptionist. She hails from a hospitality background with extensive Front Office Reception experience for various hotels and Customer Service Officer for Medicare Australia and City of Bunbury Visitor Information Centre.
Sharon Martin - Education Manager
Sharon entered the strata community industry around 10 years ago. Being an experienced Strata Community Manager and Strata Management Training Coordinator, she recently joined SCA (WA), to bring her skills to the role of Education Development Officer.
Passion for the industry is a great driving force - combining it with continuous learning enables our members to become well-rounded professionals in strata management. Sharon is excited to be able to contribute to the creation of meaningful and valuable SCA (WA) events, which also bring our strata management community together.
