Long-term planning is one of the most important and misunderstood parts of managing a strata scheme. This session takes a practical look at what a 10 year plan actually involves and why it matters for the future of your strata community. Maureen O’Callaghan from Concerto Strata Company joins Nicholas Kyaw from WA Building Services Management to share their firsthand experience putting long-term planning into practice. This session offers owners a grounded case study on budgeting, maintenance forecasting and decision-making that sets a scheme up for success down the track. Whether your scheme already has a 10 year plan in place or is just starting to think about one, this session will help you understand what good planning looks like, and how to bring it to life in your own community.
Join MC Catherine Lezer and our panel of experienced strata managers as they address your most pressing concerns. A full bottle on current strata sector hot button topics, they’ll be discussing ethical dilemmas, interesting cases, and your questions! Your pannelists feature Marietta Metzger (Magixstrata), John Park (Dentons), Aidan Gorjy (Lockhart Strata Management) and Karen Richardson (Richardson Strata Management Services).
