EnergyTec launches Pharos: The future of energy reporting

EnergyTec’s new portal Pharos turns the dial on energy analytics, helping strata and property managers make clear sense of their portfolio’s intricate utility metrics in one streamlined platform.

As a leader in end-to-end energy and sub-metering solutions in Western Australia, EnergyTec’s new energy and utility portal, Pharos, is offering the WA strata and property sector a new era in energy analytics.

Pharos is designed to revolutionise how clients can access and manage their energy and utility allocation data with utility data capture that simplifies energy management.

The new portal comes at a crucial moment in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, in time with the upcoming proposed Embedded Network Code of Practice (ENCOP) and mandatory climate reporting requirements are set to take effect in late 2025.

ENCOP is a regulatory framework to govern the operation of embedded networks which deliver electricity to customers within a network or grid located inside a property boundary, such as apartment blocks, office towers or shopping centres.

Details on the ENCOP and how it will affect Property Owners and Strata Managers can be found in our previous article: New Voluntary Embedded Network Code of Practice | EnergyTec.

As these imminent regulatory changes approach, the new portal addresses the pressing need for more insight into utility usage and financial reporting within embedded networks.

Pharos enables clients more control over their utility usage patterns and data in a consolidated platform with enhanced reporting and analytics; developed to transition our core services report delivery from emailbased to web-based to deliver more value for our clients with access to comprehensive utility statistics and financial analysis.
