This essay explores the multifaceted approach needed to engage the next generation of strata managers, presenting innovative practices and strategies to address current challenges and seize emerging opportunities.
Understanding the Current Landscape
Strata management is a field marked by its complexity, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and legal expertise. However, it is also an industry facing several pressing issues: high burnout rates, a lack of public awareness about the profession, and the rapid pace of technological change. To attract and inspire new talent, it is essential first to understand these challenges and their impact on the industry.
Burnout has been a significant concern in strata management, exacerbated by long hours, high-stress environments, and the weight of responsibility for often complex and contentious issues.
