The 2026 Senior Leaders Retreat is three-day program filled with education, experiences, deep discussions and networking designed for Senior Leaders within the strata sector.

Running from lunchtime on Tuesday 3 March through to the evening of Thursday 5 March, the education program is structured around three key themes. Day one focuses on data, building a shared understanding of current trends, challenges, and opportunities across the sector. Day two provides an international perspective, exploring how strata is managed in a city as densely populated as Kuala Lumpur. Hear from local professionals and discover practical takeaways that can be applied back home. Day three looks ahead, tackling the big issues shaping the sector, including revenue streams, insurance commissions, and emerging challenges, to help prepare you for the year ahead.
The retreat also includes a range of social and cultural experiences providing opportunities to connect with your peers away from day-to-day demands. There is also the opportunity to join us for an optional private cultural tour of Kuala Lumpur on Friday 6 March to round out your week.
