The City Futures Research Centre at the University of New South Wales has released Australasian Strata Insights 2024.
Funded by Strata Community Association, this report offers a comprehensive analysis of strata living statistics across Australia and New Zealand in 2024.
This year’s findings reveal that strata properties in Western Australia are valued at approximately $112 billion, with around 10% of the WA population living in strata developments.
In addition to the data, the team has launched an interactive map showcasing the growth of strata schemes in Australia and New Zealand from 1961 to 2024.
