We are offering a FREE subscription for owners of strata properties, with ongoing access to our membership benefits, events, education and more.
As the peak body representing the Strata Industry in WA, over the next 12 months we will be focused on adding value to lot owners. We will be providing informational fact sheets for strata queries on a dedicated FAQ page on our website and will distribute regular email communications specifically for lot owners.
In a recent meeting with WA Lands Minister Tony Buti, SCA (WA) President Catherine Lezer, National President Andrew Chambers and past SCA (WA) President Scott Bellerby were delighted to hear the WA government is in the process of setting up a consumer helpline for strata. Due to the creation of this helpline, the SCA (WA) advisory service for lot owners will not continue past 30 June 2021. We look forward to providing further information regarding the strata helpline as it becomes available.
We will continue our efforts to boost the profile of strata and the concerns of our members and subscribers through advocacy, media exposure and law reform. See our recent Advocacy efforts here. We will continue to deliver quality education, networking and social events, giving lot owners access to experts in their field from all industries that supply services to the strata community.
