Across eleven categories, the annual CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards recognises and rewards businesses and individuals who make a significant contribution to the strata industry and community.
Participating in the CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards 2023 allows you to highlight your most outstanding qualities, biggest successes, and most innovative initiatives.
Each and every organisation, individual and committee within the strata community is unique but are all striving to reach the same goal – excellence.
Excellence is a journey and not a destination. To help with this journey the annual CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards 2023 provides a means of measuring and benchmarking within our industry in WA.
Our nominations are officially open! Recognition of high performers is essential to encourage personal development and lift the overall professionalism of the strata industry. Winners will progress to the SCA Australasian Awards as Finalists in 2024.

Once you determine which category you would like to enter it is critical you read the nominations kit.

Completed entries must be submitted via electronic Awards Force Platform by 11:59pm on Friday, 8 September 2023. Late nominations or entries not submitted by the Awards Force Platforms will not be accepted.
Entry Tips
It is recommended you type your written response in a word document first and then copy your responses into the submission form adhering to the word count.
To support your entry and better illustrate its impact and results, you may submit up to 5 images. It is essential that all supporting images be referenced within your submission.
Winners will progress to the 2023/24 SCA Australia & New Zealand Awards as a Finalist subject to meeting the T&Cs including accreditation. Work towards your accreditation now with the support of the SCA team. Reach out to accreditation@strata.community for assistance.

The CHU SCA (WA) 2023 Strata Community Awards for Excellence Gala is the night of nights for the strata community in WA where Award Winners and Finalists will be announced. The Gala is also designed to offer all members of the strata community an opportunity to share an end of year celebration with colleagues, associates and peers and SCA (WA) therefore extends a warm invitation to anyone that would like to join in this celebration, regardless of whether or not they are participating in the awards program.
